About Paul Smith x Man Utd

Paul Smith has been the official formalwear partner of Manchester United for the past ten years. The partnership began in 2008 when Paul Smith dressed the team and officials for their UEFA Champions League Final victory in Moscow. Since that success, Manchester United has also worn custom Paul Smith suits for their FA Cup Final appearance in 2018 and Europa League victory in 2017.

About the Project

A rapid turnaround project for Paul Smith x Man Utd editing 100+ images to a premium fashion industry standard, removing unflattering clothing creases, improving visual fit, refining hair and skin, and removing all unwanted objects from the clothes and scenery. A combination of frequency separation and liquifying techniques were used to create a natural aesthetic with a clean edge to give that photo-journalistic feel.
